The plum and berry fruit on the nose is on the stewed side in this broad shouldered Shiraz. The oak feels mealy and cola-like, backed by chocolate, mint and olive. The powerful palate is dominated by chewy, drying tannins but plush, plummy fruit and savory spice peek through the cracks
