From the Producer: For us, the highlight of the 2020 vintage was when our sister Emily had a baby girl named Chlöe, so in turn, we named our most joyful cuvée from 2020 after her, so that she can enjoy her birth year wine properly when she is older. Looking for the tension and finesse we adore about the Northern Rhône, we were excited by three parcels of Syrah we sourced from the geologically-diverse Nolan Ranch in Los Alamos. Fermented with a small percentage of whole bunches and using only native, wild yeasts, this cuvée was given an additional year of élévage in neutral French oak barriques before being bottled without fining or filtration.
